Práce se zabývá problematikou regulace veřejného prostoru na příkladu buskingu v Praze. Cílem bylo analyzovat možné způsoby regulace veřejného prostoru. Práce vychází z pojetí města jako sociálního prostoru. Autorka se zaměřuje na analýzu každodenního chování ve městě, kde je busking překvapujícím prvkem. Busking je v této práci definován jako performance buskera ve veřejném prostoru za účelem získání dobrovolného příspěvku od náhodných kolemjdoucích. Práce vychází z dlouhodobého terénního pozorování a rozhovorů s buskery. Dále byly také analyzovány vyhlášky, regulující pouliční vystupování v Praze. V práci je rozlišována vnitřní a vnější regulace veřejného prostoru. Autorka pracuje s konceptem prostorové transgrese. Na busking je v práci nazíráno jako na transgresivní jev. Regulace buskingu v Praze ovlivňují každodenní uživatelé veřejného prostoru. Rezidenti centrálních oblastí Prahy mají negativní zkušenost s buskingem, jelikož jeho akustická forma narušuje jejich soukromý prostor. Svými stížnostmi tlačí na politiky, a tak spoluvytváří regulaci buskingu. This Bachelor thesis concerns issue of regulation of public space on the example of busking in Prague. The goal of this study is to analyse possible forms of public space regulation. Thesis is based on the conception of city as social space. Author is focusing on analyse of everyday life in city, where busking is considered as a suprising element. Busking is defined here as performance of a busker in public space in order to obtain voluntary contribution from passersby. Bachelor thesis is resulting from long term observation and interviews with buskers. Furthermore, public notices regulating street performance in Prague were analysed. There is accented difference between internal and external public space regulation. Author use concept of spatial transgression. In this paper, busking is viewed as transgressive phenomenon. Regulation of busking in Prague is affected by everyday users of public space. Residents of central parts of Prague have negative experience with busking, because its acoustic form distort their private space. By their complaints they co-create the regulation of busking.
