Tato práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vlivu geodemografických faktorů na náklady na zdravotní péči a na prevalenci, případně incidenci onemocnění. Protože není možné zkoumat všechna onemocnění, byla, na základě nejpomalejšího poklesu úmrtnosti, vybrána nádorová onemocnění, konkrétně několik diagnóz s nejvyšší úmrtností. Z důvodu rozdílnosti jednotlivých onemocnění byl pro každou diagnózu zvolen samostatný způsob analýzy a práce s odbornými zdroji. Obecně lze za nejčastěji používanou metodu označit lineárně regresní analýzu závislosti zkoumaných proměnných. Zkoumanými veličinami jsou statistické ukazatele medicínské, například prevalence a incidence, ale i socioekonomické nebo ekologické. This thesis is focused on a comparison of an influence of geodemographic factors on costs of the medical care and a prevalence or an incidence of diseases. The cancer was chosen for the research due to the slowest mortality drop among main death causes, specifically types of the cancer with the highest mortality ratio. Because of significant differences between the diseases various methods of an analysis and a work with information sources were selected. As the main statistical method was used a linear regression for a verification of assumptions based on both medical and socioeconomic factors.
