Diplomová práce směřuje do oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Hlavním cílem je zjistit příčiny porušování právních předpisů a prostřednictvím vhodných opatřeních snížit riziko jejich opětovného porušení. Pozornost je dále směřována na proces hodnocení a identifikace rizik vybranými metodami a následně je navržen vnitřní předpis bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při provozu motorových vozidel pro modelový podnik v České republice. The master´s thesis deals with Occupational Health and Safety. The main aim of this thesis is identification causes of breach to law regulations and reducing the risk of their recurrence by appropriate measures. Attention is also moving to process of evaluation and risk identification by selected methods and then is to suggest internal regulation of Occupational Health and Safety for model company in the Czech Republic.
