[cze][eng] Název: Nácvik techniky bruslení u žáků 9-10 let Cíle: Analyzovat systém a teoretické postupy pro výuku bruslení v ledním hokeji. Ze získaných informací následně vytvořit zásobník průpravných cvičení na rozvoj bruslařských dovedností u žáků 9 - 10 let. Metody: V teoretické časti práce byla použita metoda rešerše. Další metodou byla kompilace informací ze získaných studijních pramenů odborné literatury, elektronických zdrojů a článků. V hlavní části této práce byla použita metoda deskriptivně-analytická. Výsledky: Výsledkem je vytvořený zásobník průpravných cvičení na rozvoj bruslařských dovedností pro žáky věkové kategorie 9 - 10 let.
