Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku aktuálních diverzifikačních scénářů v oblasti dodávek zemního plynu na pozadí teorie asymetrické vzájemné závislosti zemí Visegrádské skupiny (V4) a Ruské federace. Hlavním dodavatelem zemního plynu do tohoto regionu je historicky Ruská federace, která ale v důsledku plynových válek s Ukrajinou v roce 2006 a 2009, které negativně ovlivnily zásobování zemí EU zemním plynem, ztratila status důvěryhodného partnera. Výzkum je zaměřen na aktuální možnosti zemí V4 diverzifikovat dodavatele a trasy zemního plynu s ohledem na vztah s Ruskou federací a analyzovány jsou rovněž možnosti diverzifikace odběratelských trhů Ruské federace. Autorka mj. potvrzuje hypotézu, že energetické vztahy zemí Visegrádské skupiny a Ruské federace v oblasti dodávek zemního plynu jsou do velké míry řízeny asymetrickou vzájemnou závislostí, která v současné době zhoršuje napětí mezi aktéry. V práci jsou dále představeny a zhodnoceny aktuální diverzifikační scénáře, přičemž cílem bude posouzení významu zkoumaných projektů pro zvýšení energetické bezpečnosti jednotlivých aktérů. Klíčová slova: vzájemná závislost, energetická bezpečnost, diverzifikace, dodávky zemního plynu, přeshraniční propojení, V4, energetická unie, Ruská federace, Nord Stream II, LNG The thesis focuses on current diversification scenarios in the field of gas supply the Visegrad Group (V4) and the Russian Federation relying on the model of asymmetrical interdependence. Russian Federation, the main supplier of natural gas to this region, has lost its status of a reliable partner due to the gas wars with Ukraine in 2006 and 2009, which have negatively affected the supply of natural gas to the EU countries. The research focuses on the current diversification options of V4 countries related to their suppliers and supply routes with respect to their relationship with the Russian Federation; the diversification options for the purchasing markets of the Russian Federation are also analyzed. The author validates the hypothesis that energy relations among the Visegrad countries and the Russian Federation in the field of gas supply are largely controlled by the asymmetric interdependence that is currently exacerbating tensions among the set actors. Current diversification scenarios are presented and evaluated, with the aim of assessing the importance of the projects with regard to actors' energy security.
