Tato práce se zabývá novou formou audiovizuálních děl, které jejich autoři produkují natáčením vlastního hraní videoher pomocí programů pro záznam počítačové nebo televizní obrazovky v nativním rozlišení, tzv. Let's Play videi. Videa jsou převážně sdílena na webové streamovací platformě YouTube a těší se oblibě miliónů diváků, přestože vznikají za naprosto minimální náklady ve srovnání s hranou tvorbou. Po základním seznámení se samotnou platformou a vysvětlení popularity tvůrců původního obsahu (YouTuberů), tvoří jádro práce autorova vlastní kategorizace herních videí, včetně stručné obsahové a formální analýzy konkrétních děl jednotlivých tvůrců. Důraz je kladen na otázku, zda je sledování takových videí přínosné pouze pro hráče samotné nebo můžou být zajímavá i pro ostatní diváky. Poslední kapitola čtenáři osvětlí fungování kontrolního autorskoprávního mechanismu Content ID ve vztahu k Let's Play videím jako k dílům odvozeným. This thesis focuses on a new form of audio-visual works called Let's Play videos. Authors produce them while playing videogames themselves, using a screen capture software which records the gameplay in the native screen resolution. Videos are usually shared via web streaming platform YouTube and attract millions of viewers worldwide, despite their production requires minimal costs compared to the film industry. After introducing the platform itself and clarifying why are the creators (YouTubers) so popular, core of this paper presents author's own Let's Play videos categorization including brief subject and style analysis of specific works. Main research question is whether watching Let's Plays is valuable just for gamers themselves or can be interesting for other viewers to. Last chapter deals with the copyright protection system Content ID in relation to Let's Play videos as derivative work.
