Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem profese pedagoga mateřské školy na jeho osobní život. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat, jaké vlivy na pedagoga působí a přiblížit konkrétní vlivy, které na něj působí. Teoretickou část tvoří kapitoly o profesi pedagoga a osobnosti pedagoga. Metodologie popisuje použité výzkumné metody při výzkumném šetření. Praktická část je zaměřena na seznámení s výsledky výzkumného šetření, pomocí polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů. The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the profession teacher in preschool on his personal life. The main objective is to map what influences the teacher and explain these specific influences that affect it. The theoretical part consists the profession of teacher and the personality of the teacher. The methodology describes the research methods used in the research. The practical part is focused on the introduction of research results, using semi-structured in-depth interviews.
