Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou meziobecní spolupráce ve svazku obcí Ploština. V teoretické části je nejprve popsána meziobecní spolupráce ze všeobecného hlediska, zejména je zde popsána problematika venkova a malých obcí. Dále je pozornost věnována již samotnému svazku obcí Ploština, kdy je zkoumána socioekonomická situace v mikroregionu. Praktická část popisuje současný stav fungování mikroregionu. Je zde také provedena analýza výsledků řízených rozhovorů s představiteli členských obcí svazku obcí Ploština. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena opatření, která mohou vést ke zlepšení situace meziobecní spolupráce. Bachelor thesis deals with an issue of the inter-municipal cooperation in associa-tion of municipalities Ploština. The theoretical part describes the issue of rural areas and small municipalities. Further attention is focused on the association of municipalities Ploština where is examined the socio-economical situation in mi-croregion. The practical part describes the current state of the functioning of the microregion. There is the analysis of the results of structured interviews with rep-resentatives of member´s municipalities in the association of municipalities Ploština. The results of this analysis are new suggestions of proceeding which may lead to improvement of inter-municipal cooperation.
