Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ex-post evaluací investičního veřejného projektu Přestupní terminál Třebíč, který byl realizován v letech 2010-2015 díky finančním prostředkům poskytnutým z Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Jihovýchod. Je rozdělena na dvě části, literární rešerši a aplikační část, které jsou doplněny o metodiku práce. V rámci literární rešerše autorka nejprve popisuje principy fungování regionální a strukturální politiky v letech 2007-2013 se zaměřením na Regionální operační program NUTS II Jihovýchod. V následující kapitole se zabývá oblastí veřejných projektů a jejich projektových cyklů. Závěrem této části bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na problematiku evaluací ve veřejném sektoru. V aplikační části se autorka zabývá charakteristikou projektu a jeho samotným vyhodnocením prostřednictvím metody CUA a dotazníkových šetření, které doplňuje o poznatky získané v rámci rozhovorů se zástupci zainteresovaných stran. V závěru této bakalářské práce uvádí doporučení adresovaná kmenovému projektovému týmu, která mohou být zužitkována při realizaci obdobných projektů v budoucnosti. This Bachelor's Thesis is engaged in an ex-post evaluation of the public investment project Transfer Terminal Třebíč which took place between 2010-2015 by virtue of financial means provided from the Regional Operational Programme NUTS II Southeast. The work is divided into two parts - a literature search and an application part, both supplemented with work methodology. Within the literature search, the author first describes the principals of regional and structural politics between 2007-2013, with a focus on the Regional Operational Programme NUTS II Southeast. The next chapter deals with the area of public projects and their project cycles. In the conclusion of this part, the author focuses on problems of evaluation in the public sector. The application part deals with the project characteristics and its evaluation using the CUA method together with questionnaire surveys supplemented with information obtained from dialogues with the participating parties. The conclusion of this Bachelor's Thesis makes recommendations addressed to the stem project team, which might be useful during realizations of similar projects in the future.
