Bakalářská práce na téma využití zemědělského půdního fondu v katastrálních území Anenská Studánka a Jakubovice je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o pojmu půda, půdní fond, historie evidence majetkoprávních vztahů a dále popisuje historické faktory, které měly přímý či nepřímý dopad na strukturu půdního fondu České republiky. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny komplexní analýzy obou katastrálních území. Dále jsou v praktické části interpretovány výsledky o využití zemědělského půdního fondu od roku 1845 až do současnosti. Na závěr jsou uvedena opatření, která se zabývají ochranou zemědělského půdního fondu, zlepšením racionálního hospodaření na půdě a ke zvýšení ekologické stability v dané lokalitě. The Bachelor thesis based on the topic, The use of agricultural land resources in cadastral areas Anenská Studánka and Jakubovice is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of terms: soil, land resources, history of the property relations, and then it describes the historical factors that had direct or indirect impact on the structure of land resources in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis presents two complex analyses for both cadastral areas. Furthermore, the practical part describes the agricultural land use since 1845 till the present. At the end are designed recommendations for protection of agricultural land resources and improvement for the rational land management.
