Sledovanie škodcov javorov prebiehalo v arboréte Mendelovej univerzity v Brne v roku 2015. Bolo kontrolovaných 25 druhov javorov. Tri druhy sú u nás pôvodné (A. campestre, A. platanoides, A. pseudoplatanus), štyri druhy pochádzajú zo Severnej Ameriky (A. circinatum, A. negundo, A. saccharinum, A. saccharum), tri druhy sú mediteránne až predoázijské (A. monspessulanum, A. tataricum a A. cappadocicum) a pätnásť druhov má ázijský pôvod. Najviac druhov škodcov hostili u nás pôvodné druhy javorov, z amerických druhov zas A. saccharum. Bolo zistených osem monofágov a jeden polyfágny druh. Všetky druhy dosiahli nízku početnosť. Polyfágna piadivka jesenná napadla 19 druhov javorov, 4 pôvodné, 2 americké, 13 ázijských. Stigmella aceris poškodil päť druhov javorov, z našich A. campestre, A. platanoides a tri ázijské javory. Voška Drepanosiphum platanoidis, brvnatka Periphyllus aceris boli zistené na dvoch druhoch javorov. Aceria macrochela, Periphyllus californiensis, P. testudinaceus, Phyllonorycter joannisi a Drisina glutinosa sa vyvíjali na jedinom druhu javoru. Monitoring of maples pests were investigated in arboretum of Mendel University in Brno in 2015. There were registered 25 species of maples. Tree native species (A. campestre, A. platanoides, A. pseudoplatanus), four North American species (A. circinatum, A. negundo, A. saccharinum, A. saccharum), three Mediterranean to Asian species (A. monspessulanum, A. tataricum a A. cappadocicum) and fifteen Asian species. Most species attacked native species of maples and American maple A. saccharum. Eight monophages and one polyphagous species were found. All species reached low abundance. Polyphagous Operophtera brumata attacked 19 species of maples. Stigmella aceris damaged five species of maples, native A. campestre, A. platanoides and three Asian maples. Drepanosiphum platanoidis and Periphyllus aceris were found on two species of maples. Aceria macrochela, Periphyllus californiensis, P.testudinaceus, Phyllonorycter joannis and Drisina glutinosa were found on one species of maple.
