Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováváním technických podkladů pro možnost realizace rozšíření bytové jednotky 2. nadzemního podlaží do půdního prostoru rodinného domu v Dolních Loučkách při důrazu na zachování uličního rázu objektu. Jedná se zejména o vytvoření technické dokumentace vestavby obytného podkroví do nevyužitého půdního prostoru, a rozšíření tak stávajícího obytného prostoru pro čtyřčlennou rodinu při respektování základních normových a legislativních požadavků platných v ČR. Nedílnou součástí práce je vytvoření dispozičního a prostorového řešení půdní vestavby ve variantách s doplněním návrhu vyvolaných změn dispozice 2. nadzemního podlaží. Vybraná alternativa je následně zpracována do výkresové a textové části práce s posouzením obvodového pláště z hlediska základních funkčních požadavků. This thesis deals with the processing of technical documentation for the possibility of the extension of housing units in the second floor attic of the family house in Dolních Loučkách while maintaining an emphasis on street character building. These include the creation of technical documentation built residential loft in the unused attic space and the expansion of existing and living space for a family of four while respecting the fundamental normative and legislative requirements in force in the country. An integral part of the work is to create the layout and spatial resolution loft in versions with the addition of draft induced changes in the disposition second floor. The selected alternative is subsequently processed into the drawing and the text part of the assessment work envelope in terms of basic functional requirements.
