V bakalářské práci je řešeno provedení dřevěné chaty k celoročnímu užívání. Chata je navržena jako menší rodinný domek s podsklepenou částí, jedním nadzemním podlažím a podkrovím. Je řešena systémem rámové dřevostavby a osazena do terénu v chatové oblasti Brno- Medlánky. V práci jsou také uvedeny různé varianty řešení technických zařízení budovy, odvod splaškové a dešťové kanalizace do žumpy, septiku nebo čističky odpadních vod. V poslední řadě je proveden výkaz spotřeby materiálu a cena stavby. The thesis is solved design of wooden cottages for year-round use. The cottage is designed as a small family house with a basement area, one ground floor and attic. It is solved by the timber and frame installation in the field in the cottage Brno-Medlánky. The paper also presented various solutions for technical equipment and discharge sewage and rain sewer into the cesspool, septic tank or wastewater treatment plant. Finally, it made a statement material consumption and cost of construction.
