Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný systém bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v lesní těžbě, a to jak z hlediska české i evropské legislativy a dalších předpisů, tak v konfrontaci se statistikami a dalšími poznatky uvedenými v odborné literatuře. Práce se zaměřuje především na motomanuální těžbu dříví, tedy především ruční řetězovou motorovou pilou, a následné soustřeďování traktory nebo koňmi, případně lanovým dopravním zařízením. Kromě teoretických poznatků je práce podpořena vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením, přehledem úrazů v těžební činnosti u Vojenských lesů a statků, s. p., divize Lipník nad Bečvou, a také dokumentací vlastního pozorování porušení bezpečnosti práce v lesní těžbě u jiných subjektů. Ze získaných poznatků jsou pak navržena možná opatření pro podporu současného systému bezpečnosti práce v lesní těžbě, či opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení účinnosti systému. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the current system of health and safety in logging. The analysis is based on analysis of Czech and European legislation and other regulations, and comparation the details with statistics and other findings from the technical literature. The work focuses on the felling by chainsaw and skidding by tractor or horses, evetually by cableway. The analysis is supported by a questionnaire survey, an overview of accidents in forest exploitation by Vojenské lesy a statky, s. p. company (division of Lipník nad Bečvou) and our own observations of breach of work safety regulations with other subjects. From the findings are proposed possible measures to support the current system or to increase the efficiency of the system.
