V Česku se florbal stává velmi populárním ve všech věkových a sociálních skupinách. S expanzí florbalu a zvyšováním jeho úrovně by měla stoupat také kvalitu odborné zdravotní péče, jejímž ukazatelem je množství úrazů hráčů v sezóně. Bakalářská práce je tak zaměřena právě na úrazovost v české nejvyšší ženské a mužské lize florbalu a faktory, které vznik těchto úrazů ovlivňují. Metodika: Na výzkumu se podílelo celkem 20 týmů z nejvyšších českých florbalových soutěží. Pozorovanou skupinu respondentů tvořilo 182 hráčů (99 žen, 83 mužů). Pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníků byla sledována nejen incidence zranění, ale také příčiny vzniku a jejich okolnosti. Současně byl výzkum zaměřen na regenerační možnosti jednotlivých týmů, podobu kompenzačních cvičení a úroveň fyzioterapie v jednotlivých florbalových klubech. Výsledky: Nejčastějším zraněním ve florbalu se prokázala jak u žen, tak u mužů distorze hlezna (p=0,0133). Celkem tvořila 20,1% všech úrazů. Ženy jsou však náchylnější ke zranění obecně, během sezóny se potýkají průměrně s 2,5 úrazu na osobu, zatímco muži 1,8. Rozdíl mezi četností úrazů mezi obránci (84,3%) a útočníky (73,2%) není statisticky významný (p=0,082) a proto nelze jednoznačně určit, který post je pro vznik zranění rizikovější. The expansion and quality improvement of floorball should be accompanied by specific medical attention due to a high injury occurrence. Hence, this bachelor thesis is focused on the injury rate and it`s influencing factors in top-level floorball league. Methodology: 182 athletes (99 women and 83 men) from 20 floorball teams participating in the Czech top-level league were interviewed. The injury incidence as well as its occasion and consequences were investigated through non-standardised questionnaire. Concurrently, the research was focused on team`s options for regeneration, the form of corrective exercise and the level of physiotherapy provided by floorball teams. Results: The ankle sprain was the most common type of injury for men and women (p=0.0133) and presents 20.1% of all observed injuries. Women sustained more injuries than men 2.5 and 1.8 injury per person respectively. The difference of the injury rate between defenders (84.3%) and offenders (73.2%) wasn`t statistically significant (p=0.082), thus it doesn`t imply which post is more prone to injuries.
