cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Profily totální energie trigonálního a hexagonálního niklu a kobaltu jsou důležité pro porozumění epitaxního růstu niklových a kobaltových tenkých vrstev na růzých fcc(111) substrátech. Pro nikl předpovídáme fcc posloupnost vrstev v okolí základního stavu a pro hodnotu vzdálenosti nejblžších sousedů větších než 5.18 a.u. film vykazuje hcp posloupnost vrstev. Kobalt se chová odlišně. Hcp fáze je energeticky stabilnější v celé studované oblasti. The total energy profiles of trigonal and hexagonal bulk Ni and Co are employed to advance our understanding of epitaxial growth of Ni and Co thin films on various fcc(111) substrates. For nickel films, we predict the fcc stacking in the neighbourhood of the ground state and for the distance of nearest neighbors larger than 5.18 a.u. the film should exhibit hcp layer stacking. Cobalt films behave differently. The hcp phases are energetically more favorable in whole region studied.
