Diplomová práce se zabývá příjmovými nerovnostmi v Hongkongu. Za cíl si klade pojednat o podobě administrativního uspořádání (model "jedna země, dva systémy), aktuálních sociálních problémů a na jejich základě popsat příjmové nerovnosti v oblasti. Vedlejším cílem je potvrzení či popření negativní korelace příjmových nerovností a ekonomického růstu por případ Hongkongu. Práce popisuje taktéž celosvětové a regionální trendy těchto problémů a v kontextu je mezi sebou porovnává. Diploma thesis deals with income inequalities in Hong Kong. The main objective of the thesis is to describe and discuss administrative arrangement (´one country two systems´model), main problems of social system in Honng Kong. Based on this, income inequalities in the territory are described. The minor aim is to prove or disprove the negative correlation between income inequalities and economic growth in case of Hong Kong. The above trends are being described in world context as well and are being compared between each other.
