Cílem práce je charakterizovat problematiku souběhu funkce členů orgánů kapitálových společností a pracovněprávního poměru. Toto je totiž stále aktuálním tématem a běžně zavedenou praxí v české obchodní sféře. Tato problematika je řešena neustále, a to i po zavedení nového občanského zákoníku, účinného od 1. 1. 2014. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the concurrence of functions of the board members of the capital companies and the employment relationship. It is still an up-to-date topic and a well-established practice in the czech business sphere. This issue is solved continuously, even after the introduction of new legislation.
