Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví výrobně obchodního družstva v letech 2011-2015. V teoretické části práce budou popsány nástroje finanční analýzy a vybrané bankrotní a bonitní modely vhodné pro použití v odvětví, ve kterém se družstvo nachází. V praktické části bude provedeno samotné zkoumání. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví VOD Plavsko za období 2011-2015 a vydat doporučení, která problémy odstraní. Subject of this bachelor thesis is evalution of VOD Plavsko financial health in years 2011-2015. In a theoretical part, financial analysis tools as well as bankruptcy and credibility models suitable for use in branch which the company is located in will be described. Research will be done in a pracitcal part. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of VOD Plavsko in years 2011-2015 and to recommend solution to remove potenital problems.
