Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti ELTODO, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část popisuje jednotlivé metody této finanční analýzy, mezi které se řadí absolutní, rozdílové a poměrové ukazatele, bilanční pravidla, ekonomická přidaná hodnota, Du Pontův rozklad, bonitní a bankrotní modely a spider analýza. Na základě těchto metod je v praktické části provedena finanční analýza společnosti ELTODO, a.s. za období 2011 - 2015. Informace, které jsou předmětem analýzy, vycházejí z veřejně dostupných účetních výkazů společnosti. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí nejdůležitějších poznatků z provedené analýzy a konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company ELTODO, a.s. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The first part describes methods used in this financial analysis, such as absolute, differential and financial ratios, balance rules, economic value added, DuPont analysis, bankruptcy and credit scoring models and spider analysis. In the practical part, those methods are applied to the financial analysis of ELTODO, a.s. for the period of 2011 - 2015. The analysed information is based on publicly available annual financial statements of the company. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings of the analysis and presents concrete proposals for improving the financial situation.
