Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti EkoFarma Ptýrovec s.r.o. Na základě výstupů ze strategické analýzy je zhodnocen celkový stav společnosti, jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj a zhodnocena atraktivitu odvětví, ve kterém se společnost nachází, očima nového konkurenta. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé metody a analýzy na základě odborné literatury. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti, analýzy okolí skládající se z PESTLE analýzy, analýzy odvětví, mapy konkurenčních skupin a Porterova modelu pěti sil. Dále je provedena VRIO analýza, finanční analýza vybraných ukazatelů a na závěr SWOT analýza. V poslední části této práce jsou podána doporučení pro rozvoj firmy a závěrečné shrnutí výsledků. The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is a Strategic analysis of the company EkoFarma Ptýrovec s.r.o. Current situation of the company and attractiveness of the field are evaluated according to the results of strategic analysis and then recommendations for the future development are made. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is described methodology of analyses. The practical part contains introduction of the company, analysis of the external and internal environment such as PESTLE analysis, analysis of the industry, maps of the competitive groups and Porter´s model of five competitive forces. The next steps are VRIO analysis, financial and SWOT analysis. The final part is focused on making recommendations and summarizing.
