Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosy ve využití Self-service Business Intelligence (dále SSBI) nástrojů v oblasti retailu. Porovnává SSBI s tradičním pojetím, v souvislosti s aktuálními požadavky manažerů a se všeobecnými trendy v oblasti implementace a využívání podnikových informačních systémů. Popisuje zásadní odlišnoti v architektuře SSBI vůči tradičním řešením a upozorňuje na plynoucí výhody a nevýhody. This bachelor thesis deals with the benefits of using Self-service Business Intelligence (SSBI) tools in retail. It compares SSBI with the traditional concept, in the context of current managers requirements and general trends in the implementation and use of enterprise information systems. Describes the fundamental differences in SSBI versus traditional solutions and draws attention to the benefits and disadvantages that arise.
