Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení e-shopu v oblasti módního oblečení a na jeho základě zhodnotit, zdali je možný podnikatelský plán zrealizovat. Zvažovaný e-shop by byl ve vietnamštině a cílil by zejména na specifickou skupinu zákazníků - vietnamskou národnostní menšinu žijící v České republice. V teoretické části dochází k vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se pravidel pro podnikání, řeší se zde zásady pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu, a dále se vysvětluje tvorba, podstata a propagace e-shopu. V praktické části je sestaven samotný podnikatelský plán, jehož součástí je Lean Canvas model. V práci se klade důraz na řešení problémů a potřeb potenciálních zákazníků, příčemž byl také zpracován průzkum trhu, který je v práci zahrnut. The aim of the bachelors thesis is to create a business plan for establishing an online clothing store and based on the business plan, it will be decided whether it is possible to implement the idea in the reality. The online store would especially target a specific group of customers, who are the Vietnamese living in the Czech republic.  In the theoretical part, the basic business terms and principles for creating a business plan are defined. Moreover it also explains the online stores creation, core of the business and promotion. The practical part contains the business plan including the Lean Canvas model. The business plan is mainly oriented on problems and needs of potencial customers. For that matter, a specific market research has been carried out and is also included in this document.
