Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá povinným pojištěním záruk pro případ úpadku cestovních kanceláří v podmínkách České republiky. V jednotlivých částech práce jsem popsala vývoj právní úpravy a zhodnotila její současný stav, který jsem vyhodnotila jako ne příliš vyhovující. Pojištění pro případ úpadku CK jsem zařadila do klasifikace obecného pojištění a popsala všechny jeho části: pojistná smlouva, doba, částka atd. V jedné kapitole jsem se zabývala pouze pojišťovnami, které nabízejí tento pojistný produkt a rozdělila jsem trh pojištění záruky pro případ úpadku CK dle jednotlivých pojišťoven. Z důvodu stávajících problémů v tomto pojištění, jsem přesvědčena o nutnosti další podstatné novelizace zákona č. 159/1999 Sb. ve znění pozdějších předpisů, který upravuje tuto problematiku. This bachelor thesis deals with compulsory insurance of guarantees in case of bankruptcy of travel agencies in the Czech Republic. In the individual parts of the thesis I described the development of legal regulations and evaluated its current state, which I assessed as not very satisfactory. I classified insurance in the case of bankruptcy as the general insurance and described all its parts - insurance contract, policy period, capital sum, etc. In one chapter I dealt solely with the insurance companies offering this insurance product, when I sorted out the insurance market by the individual insurance companies offering the insurance against bankruptcy of travel agencies. Due to the current problems with this type of insurance, I am convinced that further substantial amendment of Act No. 159/1999 Coll. As amended, is necessary.
