Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze vzdělávacího systému ve vybrané společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a.s. Pro lepší orientaci je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které souvisejí s probíraným tématem. Následně je popsán proces vzdělávání v návaznosti na aktuální trendy v oblasti vzdělávání. V praktické části byla provedena charakteristika společnosti a vysvětlení a popsání jednotlivých školení. Rovněž bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, jehož záměrem bylo srovnat interní a externí školení, zjistit rozdíly a navrhnout případná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení systému vzdělávání. This bachelor thesis is an analysis of educational system of employees in OVB Allfinanz, a.s. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on the educational system as follow up to the present trends. In practical part of thesis, there is described the characteristics of the company and contains a summary description of the entire educational system in the company. Then analysis of this system is performed. The system is analyzed by the questionnaires. The objective of this thesis is to understand the existing system and to propose effective measures to improve the actual status.
