Předmětem diplomové práce nazvané Analýza dopadů novely zákona o spotřebitelském úvěru na bankovní sektor ČR je novela zákona o spotřebitelském úvěru účinná od 1. 12. 2016 a její předpokládané dopady na bankovní sektor včetně úvahy nad opodstatněním některých ustanovení zákona. Cílem této práce je přehledné shrnutí základních změn, které vyplývají z nové legislativy a nastínění s nimi spojených otázek, zmapování tendencí na trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů z makro a mikro pohledu a rozpoznání případných rizik a příležitostí v souvislosti v novelou zákona. Data jsou zpracována pomocí metody jednoduché popisné statistiky s využitím grafických metod a slovních komentářů. The subject of the thesis called Analysis of the impacts of the Amendment to the Consumer Credit Act on the banking sector of the Czech Republic is the Amendment to the Consumer Credit Act effective since 1.12.2016 and its presumed impact on banking sector including the consideration of the justification of some provisions of the Act. The objective of this thesis is a clear summary of fundamental changes which waste from new legislative and outlining the related questions, mapping the consumer credit market tendencies from macro and micro view and recognition of possible risks and opportunities related to the amendment. The data are processed using the simple descriptive statistics method with use of graphic methods and word comments.
