[eng][cze] In this work, the effect of antipsychotic drug haloperidol (1 µmol/l) on transient outward potassium current (IKto) in rat ventricular myocytes is explored and mathematical model of haloperidol interaction with IKto-channels introduced.Práce popisuje účinek psychofarmaka haloperidolu na přechodný draslíkový proud IKto u srdečních buněk laboratorního potkana a představuje matematický model interakce haloperidolu s příslušnými kanály.
