[cze][eng] Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat, zda zavedení druhé snížené sazby daně z přidané hodnoty v České republice u vybraných výrobků bylo efektivní, a to z hlediska tří ukazatelů. Těmito ukazateli jsou přímé administrativní náklady, ceny vybraných výrobků a dostupné množství vybraných výrobků (bezlepkové potraviny, knihy, kojenecká výživa). První část práce vysvětluje problematiku administrativních nákladů a daňového dopadu. Následující část pak popisuje používání snížených sazeb u daně z přidané hodnoty v České republice a také v Evropské unii v rámci harmonizace této daně. V závěru práce je analyzován vývoj administrativních nákladů po zavedení snížené sazby a data získaná z dotazníkového šetření. Na základě těchto dat bude vyhodnoceno, zda zavedení druhé snížené sazby daně z přidané hodnoty mělo takový přínos, který byl očekáván.The purpose of my Bachelor thesis is to analyse if installation of the second VAT reduced rate in the case of chosen products in Czech Republic was effective. I have examined three indexes. These indexes are administrative costs, price and amount of chosen products (gluten free food, books, baby food). The first part of my thesis is exploring administrative cost and tax incidence. The following is about description using reduces rates in Czech Republic and European Union this rates framework. Finally I have analysed evolution of administrative costs after installation of the second reduced rate was as beneficial as expected.
