Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou mateřských a dceřiných společností dvou celosvětově známých značek ze šperkařského odvětví, a to v období let 2011-2014. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, která z vybraných mateřských společností má silnější postavení na globálním trhu a která z dceřiných společností dosahuje lepšího postavení na českém trhu. Pro realizaci porovnání společností byla použita finanční analýza jednotlivých společností. V rámci této práce bylo zjištěno, že na globálním trhu se jeví jako zdravější společnost Pandora a na českém trhu rovněž vykazuje lepší výsledky dceřiná společnost Pandora. This bachelor thesis is concerned with financial analysis of parent and subsidiary companies of two worldwide known brands in jewelry industry during the period of 2011-2014. The main objective was to determine which one of the parent companies has a stronger position on the global market and which one of the subsidiary companies has a better position on the Czech market. For performing the comparison between companies was used the companies' financial analysis. Under this work was found out, that company Pandora is considered as a healthier on the global market, and at the same time subsidiary company Pandora shows better results on the Czech market.
