Práca je zameraná na využitie postupov projektového managementu a public relations (PR) pri organizácii konferencie Respiratory Forum 2016. Táto problematika v sebe zahŕňa vymedzenie teórie jednotlivých prístupov k riadeniu projektov a následné zhodnotenie ich aplikácie pri príprave tohto odborného seminára. Pri písaní teoretickej časti využívam metódu analýzy. V praktickej časti uplatňujem modely z teórie. V závere použitím syntézy zhrňujem výsledky ich aplikácie vzhľadom k stanovenému cieľu. Cieľom práce je preskúmať procesy a metódy projektového managementu a PR a zhodnotiť ich aplikáciu na príklade tejto konferencie. Prínos práce spočíva v posúdení synergického efektu využitých teoretických postupov projektového managementu a PR pri organizácii odbornej konferencie Respiratory Forum 2016. Práce je zaměřena na využití postupů projektového managementu a public relations (PR) při organizaci konference Respiratory Forum 2016. Tato problematika zahrnuje vymezení teorie jednotlivých přístupů k řízení projektů a následné zhodnocení jejich aplikace při přípravě tohoto odborného semináře. Při psaní teoretické části využívám metodu analýzy. V praktické části uplatňuji modely z teorie. V závěru použitím syntézy shrnuji výsledky jejich aplikace vzhledem ke stanovenému cíli. Cílem práce je prozkoumat procesy a metody projektového managementu a PR a zhodnotit jejich aplikaci na příkladu této konference. Přínos práce spočívá v posouzení synergického efektu využitých teoretických postupů projektového managementu a PR při organizaci odborné konference Respiratory Forum 2016. The main focus of this thesis is to comprehensively describe the usage of project management and Public Relations (PR) methods during the medical conference Respiratory Forum 2016 organization. This thesis provides information about theoretical background of particular methodologies and their application during the organisation of this conference. Theoretical part of the thesis consists of analysis of the methodologies. Practical part involves application of these theoretical concepts. Using synthesis in conclusion part of my thesis I summarize final effects of this application. The aim of this thesis is to analyze project management and PR methods and processes and evaluate their application during the organisation of this event. The main asset of this thesis rests in evaluation of the synergistic effect of PR and project management methods during the organisation of the Respiratory Forum 2016 conferece.
