Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování strategické analýzy pro společnost Bastien Transporte, s.r.o. Po zkompletování strategické analýzy by měl být podnik schopný zhodnotit, zda je jeho strategie správná, jaká je jeho pozice v odvětví a jak je konkurenceschopný. Pokud by bylo zjištěno, že je nutné uskutečnit změny, výstup z analýzy by měl sloužit jako příkladný návod k jejich provedení. V teoretické části je s využitím odborné literatury popsána problematika všech důležitých částí strategické analýzy. Za nejvýznamnější prvky jsou považovány modely PESTLE, 4C, Porterův model pěti sil, benchmarking, McKinsey model 7S a závěrečná syntéza pomocí SWOT analýzy. V praktické části jsou tyto nástroje využity k analýze informací o podniku Bastien Transporte, s.r.o. Jako syntéza je použita SWOT analýza, která sjednocuje výstupy všech využitých modelů. Ve shrnutí SWOT analýzy jsou navrženy rady, jak by měla společnost dále postupovat. Celá práce je shrnuta v závěru. The purpose of this thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis for Bastien Transporte, s.r.o. The finalized strategic assessment should serve as a tool to help the company get an overview of the strategic decisions, its position on the market and competitiveness. If the findings indicate that certain changes are necessary in order to improve the performance, the outcome should serve as an exemplary manual for their realization. The theoretical part consists of the most important aspects of a strategic analysis represented and explained by specialized literature focusing on the topic. The most significant aspects of the strategic analysis are the following models: PESTLE, 4C, Porters Five Forces, Benchmarking, McKinsey 7S and the final synthesis uses the SWOT Analysis. The practical part takes the tools into practice and they are used to analyze information about the company. The analysis is finalized by a SWOT analysis that is merging all the partial results from the models used. Final summary of the SWOT analysis includes proposed next steps the company should take. The whole analysis is summarized and included in the summary.
