Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat nové trendy a vývoj moderních technologií v retailingu a dále pak konkrétně vymezit moderní technologie, které se nejčastěji využívají v České republice a v zahraničí. Práce je rozdělená do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou obchodu a představení maloobchodního odvětví. Druhá kapitola se týká konkrétních retailingových technologií používaných jak na českém trhu, tak i ve světě. Závěrečná třetí kapitola se věnuje spotřebitelům a je v ní obsažen také vlastní marketingový výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize new trends and development of modern technologies in retailing, and then specify modern technologies that are most frequently used in the Czech Republic and in the world. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of trade and includes introduction of the retail sector. The second chapter deals with specific retail technologies used both on the Czech and world market. The final third chapter is dedicated to consumers and includes own marketing research that was performed in the form of a questionnaire.
