Předmětem studia bakalářské práce je proces zlepšení řízení podniku v tržním podmínkám na příkladu PJSC Aeroflot. Účel práce je analyzovat proces zlepšení řízení podniku v tržním podmínkám na příkladu PJSC Aeroflot. PJSC Aeroflot - největší leteckou společností v Rusku. Je to jeden z nejstarších leteckých společností na světě, z jeho historie až 1923.Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola popisuje hlavní teoretické a právní aspekty řízení podniku v tržních podmínkách. Druhá kapitola je věnována analýze kontrolního systému PJSC Aeroflot. Třetí kapitola obsahuje informace, ke zlepšení strategie managementu PJSC Aeroflot. The subject of the research of bachelor's work are the process of business management improvement in eterprise in market economy on the example of the PJSC Aeroflot. The purpose of the work is to analyse the process of business management improvement in enterprise in market economy on the example of the PJSC Aeroflot and then develop the recommendations for improving the enterprise development strategy. PJSC Aeroflot is the biggest airline company in Russia. It is one of the oldest airlines in the world, starting its history from 1923. Bachelor's work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the main theoretical and legal aspects of business management in market conditions. The second part is devoted to analysis of the business management system of PJSC Aeroflot. The third part carries an information about enhancement of business management in PJSC Aeroflot.
