Předmětem výzkumu mé bakalarska práce je systém organizace a inovativní metody řízení podniku LLC NEARMEDIC PLUS. Cíl: závěrečné kvalifikační práce analyzovat inovativní metody řízení podniku na příkladu činnosti vědecko výrobní, obchodní struktury LLC NEARMEDIC PLUS a formulovat návrhy na jejich zlepšení. Společnost LLC NEARMEDIC PLUS vznikla v roce 1989 Cílem založení společnosti bylo sjednocení vědců ústavu mikrobiologie a epidemiologie jim. H.F. Gamaley RAMS pro následné zavedení výsledků výzkumu, vývoje a léčby a prevence v lékařské praxi. Vytváření obchodní struktury společnosti umožnilo pokračovat v inovativní výzkum nejen v oblasti medicíny, ale i v takových oblastech, jako je immunologia, aplikovaný výzkum, obchodní činnost. V první kapitole práce zveřejněny na teoretické aspekty, inovativní metody řízení podniku. Druhá kapitola obsahuje popis společnosti a analýza její činnosti, používané metody řízení podniku. V posledním odstavci druhé kapitoly. Jsou formulovány návrhy na zlepšení činnosti společnosti LLC NEARMEDIC PLUS v oblasti inovativních metod řízení podniku The topic of my Bachelor thesis is the system of organization and innovative methods of enterprise management at Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS. The aim of my graduate qualification work is to analyze innovative methods of enterprise management using the example of the research and production business entity Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS and to define proposals for its developing. Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS was founded in 1989. The objective of the company was to unify the researchers of the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences for the following introduction of the results of research, development, medical treatment and prevention into medical practice. The creation of the business entity made possible to continue innovative research not only in the field of medicine, but also in such areas as immunology, applied research, management. The first chapter of the work deals with theoretical aspects. The second chapter includes a description of the company and its activities and the current management practices. The third chapter describes recommendations and proposals for improving the activities of Ltd. NEARMEDIC PLUS
