Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v České republice a Evropské unii v letech 2007 až 2015. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy vztahující se k tématu, jako charakteristika nezaměstnanosti, charakteristika dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti, popsání dopadů dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a charakteristika osob ohrožených dlouhodobou nezaměstnanosti. V praktické části je provedena analýza dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v České republice a v dalších státech Evropské unie. Analýza dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti porovnává vývoj dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti podle pohlaví, dosaženého vzdělání, věku, délky trvání a podle jednotlivých regionů České republiky. The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of developement the long-term unemployment in the Czech republic and European Union between the years 2007 and 2015. The theoretical part contains the topics related to the unemployment, such as characteristics of unemployment, characteristics of long-term unemployment, description of impacts of long-term unemployment and characteristics of persons at risk of long-term unemployment. The practical part analyzes long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic and other European Union countries. Long-term unemployment analysis compares the development of long-term unemployment by gender, education, age, duration and by region of the Czech Republic.
