Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje finanční analýze společnosti MARLENKA international, s. r. o. během let 2011 až 2015. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je orientována na popis horizontální a vertikální analýzy, poměrových ukazatelů, bankrotního a bonitního modelu. Druhá část obsahuje představení analyzované společnosti a následně provedenou finanční analýzu, ve které jsou použity vypočítané ukazatele z teoretické části podle dat z výročních zpráv společnosti. Na závěr je prováděno konečné zhodnocení finančního zdraví vybrané firmy prostřednictvím bankrotního a bonitního modelu. This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the company MARLENKA international, s. r. o. from 2011 to 2015. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part is focused on a description of horizontal and vertical analysis, ratios, bankruptcy and credit scoring models. The second part contains a presentation of the analyzed company and then a perfomance of the financial analysis, where were used the indicators calculated from the theoretical part according to data from the annual reports of the company. In conclusion, there is a final evaluation of the financial state of the selected company by means of bankruptcy and credit scoring models.
