Bakalářská práce se věnuje obnově národní kulturní památky Horský hotel a televizní vysílač Ještěd. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli současný provoz naplňuje potenciál místa. Teoretická část práce popisuje historii hory Ještěd, proces prohlášení za kulturní a národní kulturní památku, současný stav budovy a představuje zainteresované organizace. Práce se dále zabývá celkovou obnovou, kterou Ještěd projde v blízké budoucnosti, a kroky, které vedly k její přípravě. Praktická část práce analyzuje jednotlivá alternativní řešení provozu a porovnává je se současným modelem. Práce využívá metody kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. This Bachelor's thesis focuses on renewal of national cultural monument Mountain hotel and television transmitter Ještěd in Liberec. The aim of this thesis is to find out, whether today's operation is fulfilling the potential of the location. The theoretical section describes history of Ještěd mountain, the process of declaration for cultural and national cultural monument, current condition of the building and introduces organizations involved in operation. Thesis looks into overall renewal, which Ještěd will go through in nearby future, and individual steps, which led to its preparation. The practical section analyses individual alternative uses of operation and compares them to the current model. The thesis uses methods of qualitative and quantitative research.
