Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi rozvoje železniční dopravy v Praze. Cílem práce je specifikovat možnosti rozvoje s ohledem na současný stav osobní železniční dopravy v Praze. V této práci je provedeno porovnání s příměstskou železniční dopravou v Mnichově, posouzení reálnosti zřizování nových stanic a zastávek a nastíněna prognóza vývoje železniční dopravy v Praze v dlouhodobém horizontu. This thesis is focused on the Development of the Urban Rail Transport in Prague. This thesis aims to specify the development of the Urban Rail Transport in view of the current state. In this work, a comparison is made with the suburban railway transport in Munich, the evaluation of the establishment of new stations and stops, and the forecast of the development of railway transport in Prague in the long run.
