[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výběrového řízení a důležitostí vypracování kvalitně propracovaného briefu, který celý tento proces usnadňuje. Teoretická část práce se zabývá reklamními agenturami, jejich historií, rozdělením a asociacemi, které většinu těchto agentur zaštiťují. Blíže je specifikován doporučený obsah briefu a postup vedení tendru, který vypracovala Asociace komunikačních agentur. Zároveň je zde vymezena role kvalitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím expertního rozhovoru, který přispívá pro splnění cíle bakalářské práce a je tedy základem pro vypracování části praktické. V rozhovoru se zadavatelem je zkoumán neúspěch agentury v konkrétním tendru. Součástí práce jsou doporučení vyplývající z expertního rozhovoru.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of a tender procedure and the importance of a high-quality brief which facilitate this process. Theoretical part focuses on advertising agencies, their history, division and covering associations. Furthermore, the recommended content of the brief and the tender procedure by Association of communication agencies are specified. The role of quality research through the expert interview is emphasized. In the practical part of this thesis is interviewed the contracting authority and the agency's failure in the specific tender is being investigated. Following this research, there are recommendations for the agency resulting from the interview.
