Paper presents results of the contact pressure between femoral head and acetabular cup of the total hip joint endoprosthesis. The different radius of acetabulum and the ceramic head is assuemed to the FEM modelling. Příspěvek se zabývá průběhem kontaktního tlaku mezi femorální hlavicí a acetabulární jamkou totální kyčelní endoprotézy. Rozdílné poloměry hlavice a jamky jsou modelovány FEM.
