Možnosti vibrační a NMR spektroskopie při strukturní charakterizaci polysacharidů byly ilustrovány na příkladech několika polysacharidových systémů (pektiny, chitin, chitosan, chitosanlaktát, karagenany, chondroitinsulfát). Possibilities of vibrational and NMR spectroscopy in structural characterization of polysaccharides were illustrated on examples of several polysaccharide systems (pectins, chitin, chitosan, chitosan lactate, carrageens, chondroitinsulphate).
