SOUHRN Problém Výkon ve sportu je dán mj. mírou talentu a absolvovaným tréninkem, ale vztah trénovanosti a výkonu má pravděpodobnostní charakter. Obecně jsou vytrvalostní dispozice determinovány geneticky ze 70 %. Dosažení vrcholové úrovně ve sportu je podmíněno vrcholnou úrovní obou faktorů. Proto je u adolescentních běžců velice důležité zvolit vhodnou tréninkovou strategii, která povede k optimálnímu výkonnostnímu růstu s přihlédnutím ke stupni rozvoje jedince a k jeho individuálním dispozicím. U specifického tréninku je prokázán větší vliv na výkonnost než u tréninku nespecifického. Jeho význam je zejména u mladých a začínajících běžců. Tréninkový efekt se projeví až po delší době, má latentní účinek. Jedním z významných činitelů výkonu je také ekonomika pohybu. Cíl Cílem práce je prostřednictvím longitudinální ex-post facto studie zhodnotit změny trénovanosti ve vztahu k absolvovanému tréninkovému zatížení u adolescentních talentovaných běžců. Metody Práce je zaměřena na analýzu sportovního tréninku vybraných atletů-běžců mládežnického věku. Vychází z potřeby absolvování dlouhodobé, systematické, perspektivní sportovní přípravy, v ideálním případu přípravy odpovídající věku. Zabýváme se vlivy změn v objemu a intenzitě tréninku na soutěžní výkonnost. Sledujeme tréninkové ukazatele a výkonnost devíti... Subject The performance in sport is created by the amount of talent and also by experienced training, but the relation between the training and the performance has a likelihood character. Generally, a long-distance talent is determined genetically from 70%. Reaching the top level is conditioned by both factors on top level. Therefore, it is very important to choose the right suitable training strategy at teenage runners, which can lead to optimal performance growth, concerning the individual age unusualness and talent. The higher performance was proved at specific training more than at nonspecific training. Meaning of nonspecific training is especially at young runners and beginners. The training effect becomes evident after some time, it has a latent effect. One of the most important factors of the final performance is also the economy of movement. Objectiv The aim of the thesis is to evaluate training changes in comparison to training load at teenage talented runners with the help of longitudal ex-post facto study. Methods The thesis deals with analysis of sports training at chosen athletes - runners at young age.
