Kombinací 13C NMR spektroskopie pevného stavu, IČ spektroskopie a termických metod byla charakterizována struktura a složení nerozpustných chitin/glukanových komplexů izolovaných z houby Pleurotus sp. a mycelia Aspergillus niger. Structure and composition of insoluble chitin/glucan complexes isolated from the mushroom Pleurotus spstructure, solid state NMR and Aspergillus niger mycelium were characterized by a combination of solid-state 13C NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy and thermal methods.
