BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Autor: Marie Barborková Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Alexandra Dlouhá Maršálková Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Polohování a aplikace ortéz u akutních pacientů po poškození mozku. Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá polohováním a aplikací ortéz u pacientů po poškození mozku, zejména po cévní mozkové příhodě. První část práce je koncipovaná jako teoretická a je založená na rešerších odborné literatury, doplněná zahraničními studiemi. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě a syndromu centrálního motoneuronu. Dále se zabývá polohováním hemiparetického pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě a uplatněním ortéz v prevenci kontraktur, jejich léčbě a ovlivnění spasticity. Práce obsahuje také praktickou část, jejíž součástí je kazuistika pacienta, který na noc používal dlahu držící hlezenní kloub v neutrálním postavení. Praktická část vychází z části teoretické. Je zde sledován vliv používané pomůcky na spasticitu a rozsah pasivního pohybu nohy do dorzální flexe. Cílem teoretické části práce je shrnout poznatky o polohování, používání ortéz a dlah u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě, se změřením na jejich význam především v prevenci kontraktur. Cílem praktické části je pak porovnat teoretické poznatky a výstupní vyšetření pacienta po CMP, který používal dlahu na kotník.... Abstract: The thesis is dealing with positioning and application of orthoses to patients after a brain damage, especially to those recovering from a stroke. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and is based on literature research and supported by foreign case studies. The general information about stroke and motor neurone syndrome is defined there together with information on positioning of a hemiparetic patient after a stroke and applying orthoses to prevent contractures, their treatment and effect on spasticity. The practical part of the thesis includes a study case of a patient who used the splint at night to hold the ankle in a neutral position. Using the theoretical information the practical part observes the effect of using the splint on spasticity and passive range of motion of the foot in dorsiflexion. The aim of the theoretical part is to review the knowledge about positioning and use of orthoses and splints for patients after a stroke, mainly oriented on prevention of contractures.
