The paper presents biophysical characteristics of transient outward potassium current (IKto) obtained from experiments on isolated rat ventricular cardiomyocytes. Based on these data a quantitative model of rat IKto was designed Práce prezentuje biofyzikální charakteristiky přechodného draslíkového proudu (IKto) získané z experimentů na izolovaných srdečních buňkách laboratorního potkana a sestavení matematického modelu funkce příslušného IKto-kanálu.
