[eng][cze] This paper presents a new optical system, which allows to determinate radius and position of a number of spherical shape objects in 3D-observation space using the only one monolens camera system. The principle of the system is based on anamorphotic optical system and appropriate data processing algorithm. The goal of the presented work was to develop the first experimental and measurement set-up of this method, which confirm the theoretical expectation and allows to perform the first experimental measurement and experiences.Je prezentováno nové optické zařízení, které je schopno meřit polohu a rozměr sférických těles v měřeném prostoru. Jsou popsány první výsledky měření a otestována přesnost a opakovanelnost měření.
