Bakalářskou práci tvoří projekt dvoupodlažního, částečně podsklepeného rodinného domu v Českých Budějovicích. Dům bude užíván čtyřčlennou rodinu. Rodinný dům má atypický půdorys s plochou střechou nad druhým nadzemním podlaží a severní částí prvního podlaží. V suterénu se nachází sklad, technická místnost a posilovna. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se v severní části nachází garáž, kterou lze přes šatnu jít do komunikačního prostoru. V jižní části domu se nachází obývací pokoj propojený s jídelnou a kuchyní. Ve východní části je ložnice se samostatnou koupelnou a šatnou. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází dva dětské pokoje, pracovna a koupelna s odděleným WC. Všechny místnosti jsou spojeny chodbou, ze které lze jít na terasu v jižní části domu.
This bachelor’s thesis consists of a project of a two-floor family house in České Budějovice with a basement underneath part of it. The house will be used by a family of four. The family house has an atypical plan view with a flat roof above the second floor and also above the northern part of the first floor. In the basement, there is an inventory, a technical room and a gym. On the first floor in the northern part, you can find garage from which you can get to a corridor through a changing room. In the southern part of the house, there is a living room interconnected with a kitchen and a dining hall. The eastern part is formed by a bedroom with a separate bathroom and changing room. On the second floor, there are two children’s rooms, a workroom and a bathroom with a separate toilet. All rooms are connected by a corridor from which it is possible to go to a terrace that is located in the southern part of the house.
