Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření jednotlivých stupňů projektové dokumentace – Dokumentace pro stavební povolení, Dokumentace pro provedení stavby a Studie z předmětu AG35. Předmětem projektu je novostavba průmyslové pekárny Herold v městské části Horní Heršpice na pozemku p. č. 1112 v katastrálním území Brno. Pekárna Herold má své sídlo ve Slavkově u Brna a vybudováním nového objektu zajistí společnosti rozšíření výrobní kapacity, další prodejní plochu a svým umístěním se přiblíží k oblasti nejrozsáhlejšího odbytu. Jedná se o návrh průmyslového objektu, který je rozvržen na 4 kubické hmoty. Ty hlavní tvoří výrobní hala se sklady a expedicí a na ni navazující administrativní část. K expediční části výrobní haly jsou připojeny dva menší objekty, se zázemím, sklady přepravek a podnikovou prodejnou. Konstrukční řešení administrativní části tvoří rastr 6x6 m, u výrobní haly 6x12 m, respektive 6x24 m. Součástí projektu je také řešení okolních ploch, zejména předprostoru výrobní haly, návrh areálových komunikací a napojení na veřejnou dopravní infrastrukturu. Princip návrhu spočívá v záměru umístit objekt na pozemek tak, aby byla zajištěna ekonomika stavby, logika a návaznost vnitřních komunikací, minimalizace zpevněných ploch před budovou a vhodná orientace vůči světovým stranám. Díky blízké okolní zástavbě je před objektem vytvořen veřejný prostor, který budovu zakrývá a tvoří vizuální a hlukovou bariéru. Veškerá areálová infrastruktura je směřovaná za objekt na jižní stranu. Stavba využívá mírně svažitého pozemku, kdy je u expediční části úroveň terénu -1,100 m, což vyhovuje nakládání zboží do vozidel. Smyslem a záměrem je vytvořit ucelenou a dobře fungující stavbu, jejíž provozy jsou vzájemně propojeny. Návaznost výrobních procesů byla jedním z nejdůležitějších prvků při návrhu této stavby. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to create various stages of project dokumentation–The Dokumentation for building permission and The Dokumentation for construction and The Study of the subject AG35. Project involes a new building of The Industrial bakery Herold in the district Horni Herspice, on the land p. No. 1112 in the cadastral area of Brno. The bakery Herold has a headquarters in Slavkov u Brna and building of new object will ensure an expansion of the company's production, larger sales area and approach the area of the most extensive sales. This is a design of an industrial object, which is divided into 4 cubic mass. Main buildings consist of a production hall with stores and an expedition and the related administrative part. Two smaller objects are connected to the expedition part. There are hinterland, stores for a carrier box and a company store. The structural system of the administrative part consists of a modular system 6x6 m, 6x12 m or 6x24 m. The project also covers the surrounding area, especially the front space of the production hall, and a connection to the public infrastructure. The principle of the design is to place the object that way to ensure an economy of a construction, logic and a continuity of an internal road, to minimize an asphalt surface in the area and in front of the building and a suitable orientation to cardinal points. Because of near housing development there is the public space with trees in front the object. This space covers the building and makes visual and noise barrier. The entire area road is behind the object on the southern side. The building uses a mildly sloping land. The expedition part is 1,100 m above neighboring ground and it is good for loading baked goods into the car. The purpose of this project is to create compact and functional building with interconnected rooms with a dry shod. A continuity of the production process was one of the most important elements in designing this building.
