Téma bakalářské práce je Organizace projektu výstavby. V teoretické části se věnuji projektovému řízení obecně. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na zpracování studie proveditelnosti, která se zpracovává v předinvestiční fázi a poukazuje na to, jestli je daný projekt vhodné realizovat. The topic of the bachelor thesis is Organization of Construction Project. In the theoretical part I deal with project management in general. In the practical part, I focused on the elaboration of a feasibility study, which is being processed in the pre-investment phase, and it shows whether the project should be implemented.
