Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením vícepodlažního bytového domu s podzemními garážemi v Rychnově nad Kněžnou. Dům s devíti bytovými jednotkami je určen pro rodinné bydlení. Hlavní vstup do objektu je orientován na sever. Dům má obdélníkový půdorys a je zastřešen plochou střechou. Pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jih. Objekt je postaven z keramických tvárnic v nadzemních podlažích a z betonových tvárnic v podzemním podlaží. Vodorovné konstrukce tvoří železobetonové křížem vyztužené stropní desky. Projekt byl vypracován pomocí výukové verze počítačového programu AutoCAD. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky a bezpečnost užívání. The subject of this bachelor theses is the design of a multi-storey apartment building with underground garage in Rychnov nad Kneznou. The apartment building is designed for family housing and consists of nine dwelling units. The main entrance of the building is oriented to the north. The apartment building has an rectangle floor plan and is covered by a flat roof. The occupiable rooms are oriented to the south. The above-ground floor is made of clay blocks and the basement is made of concrete blocks. The horizontal structure consists of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. The project was designed in the educational version of software AutoCAD. This work emphasizes layout design, architectural design, static requirements and structural safety requirements.
